He was very responsive and knowledgeable. Very professional and honest. As soon as he assessed our problem and gave us options, we then were able to work on a budget together. Once we proceeded with the plan, he went straight to work. He immediately replaced our cameras that were no longer working and brought up the camera feeds from several that lost connection. He was in constant communication and stuck with his time frame. He took before and after photos to show the work that was done and explained why the cameras went down in the first place. He made sure to do his best to future-proof his work so the same issue doesn't happen again. He even gave us his recommendations to further improve our setup. Definitely keeping him in our contacts.
